Feriba Jane (Campbell) Braden
Feriba Jane Campbell was born December 1, 1842, in Campbell County, Tennessee. She was the daughter of James D. Campbell who was born in Campbell Co., Tennessee, and Catherine (Nelson) Campbell who was born in Knox County, Tennessee.
Feriba Jane married Andrew Jackson ?A.J.? Braden, and they had children: Robert E., Katie May, and Minnie.
In 1870 Census of Garrard County, Kentucky, in Bryantsville District No. 4, ?A.J.? Braden was 37, born in Tennessee, a farmer, with wife Feriba who was 27, born in Tennessee, and there was one son. Robert age 2, born in Kentucky. Also with them were Franklin A. Braden age 28, a farmer, born in Tennessee, and John C. Braden, age 13, a laborer, born in Tennessee. I?m not sure who Franklin and John are?
Feriba Jane Campbell Braden died July 12, 1911, in Green Township (Utica) Livingston Co., Missouri at the age of sixty-eight years, six months and eleven days, after an illness of seventeen days. Her death record was signed by J. D. Campbell of Utica, Missouri, as informant.
Survivors included her husband Andrew Jackson Braden; her son Robert E. Braden; and two daughters, Kate M. (Braden) Cramer of Livingston Co., Missouri, and Minnie (Braden) Stillwell of Braymer, Missouri.
Interment was in Utica Cemetery, in Utica, Livingston Co., Missouri, on July 14, 1911.
